Comments:
first workout of preseason. the heat was tough on the pavement around the lake with no shade. went out a little hard on the first one and the next two were significantly slower (30+ seconds). 8:07, 8:42, 8:40 for a total of 25:29. 3 seconds slower than coach's goal time for the workout (I think it was 5:44 mile pace). loop a little under 1.5 miles.
