1.25 warmup.always feel pretty bad when im warming up ive kind of realized. i guess my body's just not really feeling it idk. then 1000's at threshold pace.6 of them. goal was 4:00. hit 356, 401, 359, 400, 358, 359. workout was actually really good.bit fast the first one. i was actully really feeling good during the workout. despite the heat it wasnt too bad though. 50 sec rest between each thousand. then did hill strides after wards. my legs were actually pretty tired after the drills still wasnt too bad. then did .5 cooldown by myself. which was a lap at the park and then the way back to fc.
