Ran the work out it was kinda tough but was able to finish. was a couple seconds off my pace on a few of the 1000s but not to far off. the back of my knee bothered me alot while we were doing the hills. i dont know how much the hill work out was so i didnt add it and wasnt sure if i should add it so i only added the 6x1000 meters.
