Weather: Warm when the sun was out
Comments:
This workout was okay except I messed up the first one and was way too fast. I was doing the math in my head and it seemed right until I had about 300 to go. Didnt take anything today. Achilles was an itch during the first couple of drills and was not pleasant. During the workout it wasn't that bad until we did hills and then it felt like crap again. Did some of those rehab exercises that Dr. Binder prescribed. Just what the doctor ordered. Eagle Corcuit, Hundred Up, and LC1. 4:36, 4:51, 4:53, 4:51, 4:51. Pace 4:54.
