ran with kaylynn today. did an easy race prep. breathing is okay, but still not great.. ugh! but it was better today. i just need to learn how to control it. legs felt good, ankle is okay, still hurting when i walk. left hamstring is better, right shin is a bit iffy.. anxious and excited for tomorrow.
