Another bike workout- injured foot

Comments:
At jacobsburg the other day i fucked up my foot so bad i can barely walk. This sucks. Our first race is quickly approaching and i have essentially one workout under my belt. Needless to say i will get my shit handed to me in the first race assuming i can run. Did 40 minutes on a bike and 1 mile.
