botched A1 workout. had to go out earlier than i wanted to and it was 88...after a few weeks in the 70s it was brutal. Still ran 3k and 2k in 10:56, 7:15, but i had a cramp and arms and legs were killing me. hopefully double tomorrow long sunday.
