300m Hill repeats on Mayfield. Wanted to do 6-7, ended up running until I couldn't run faster than the previous one...went like 67, 65, 64, 63, 62, 60, 59, 58. 62 or something like that...Just told myself I couldn't quit until my legs quit...was really thirsty after so I went to the track for water, saw Brandon, then Mercer, then a bunch of other people in the village suite...really enjoyed seeing everyone, awesome to hear how well preseason is going
