Comments:
going to max at 50 this summer. soooooo lame im going to come into the season feeling like i haven't worked. but this is what i need to do to have a great season (by not getting injured because honestly 7 miles a day is a joke but then again so is a 527 mile) and i'll still get in runs with d-I runners like last summer.
