Really was looking forward to the workout, but was put in a steady group instead. Anthony mentioned that he might scale back my workout to play it safe and help prevent any resurfacing of my injuries, but I didn't realize I wouldn't be doing it at all. I guess its better to be safe than sorry. Ran with Matthew Bergreen and Julia Katz down the backway to the rowboat landing, up to the main gravel road, out to the mushroom run drill area and back. Pace was irksomely slow. We did 8 striders after we were done.
