Comments:
So excited to be at Makemie, its one of my favorite weeks of the summer. Pumped to see the team and get in shape. After the usual hour long drill introduction, I went on a steady 30 minute run (15 out and back) with Emily and both Julias. Felt good, so far still painless since June.
