Comments:
Ran with the Mattaponis and Pamunkes for 25 minutes down to the point and around the grounds in what Anthony called a glorified warm-up, but for me felt more like a tempo run. Glad I kept up with the group for the whole time, I feel like having the ability to train consistently over the summer really paid off.
