So I had my last PT appointment with Greg, and he feels very positively about my progress and bumped me up to 15 minute intervals. I ran the first with the team while they did a warmup for a time trial. We went through the first 1.5 miles of the course, which can be quite slow if you jog them. Afterwards I took an extra long break because I wanted to watch the time trial, then started the second interval with Reid, went down to his house, and came back and jogged some more. 15 minutes feels good.
