Comments:
Was told to try to keep it consistent at 6:30 pace. Ran the first mile in 6:24. Felt good throughout. Finished in 12:55. Then did a slow lap on the track. We were supposed to do a 30 minute cooldown, but breakfast was closing so we had to keep it to 20 minutes.
