Comments:
pretty good day for me.i felt good about how i raced. ate waffles 2 hours prior to race. i led with the second pack our started next to someone in the second pack most of the time. i started confident the entire time. i kept matching anyone evert time they made a move and felt confident i could hold it so that was good. things to work on would be making more moves while responding to others. did a 4x400 workout after the race and felt horrible. splits were 76,78,80,82
