Comments:
everything leading up to the race was a blast! I didn't race as fast as I could or should have, and that was pretty disappointing. I was very negative and ran by myself for most of the race. I don't feel comfortable running with someone or running when someone is behind me, and that's something I need to work on. I'll focus on it during the workouts this week. I had a decent kick though.
