Comments:
felt alright before the race. not nervous at all. then the race started and i had zero adrenaline. i felt slow to. i was kind of scared the first half mile cause it felt slow. in the end i didn't hit hit what i wanted to hit. next race ill try going out harder i feel i do better when i get good momentum from the start.
then did 4x400 strides. i cramped from the first one. and it got worse each one i ran through it but it hurt so bad after. didnt run the cooldown cause of the cramp. making up this weeks milage sunday.
