Comments:
Woke up this morning (biggest accomplishment of the day) felt pretty solid surprisingly. We warmed up a mile then went out to do revolution. At the beginning I felt pretty shitty just starving, weak, and hot, but once I was 5 miles in I felt like I was just rolling and we cruised the way back. Stopped for water at the track about 8.5 miles in. At the end we were moving but it felt like recovery pace.
