someone's really coming along running-wise! Sure, it was slow, but I didn't need to go fast anyway. 100% recovery run. went around the second lake. stopped to get a drink at the fountain but somebody put a rock down in the water dispenser thingy!! that was not a nice thing to do. some people.

Dan took off at a dead sprint down the length of Bellfield. I did not feel inclined to join him. So I did not do so.
