Comments:
Ran on the mill. Ran 2 miles up in 14:20. Then 3 mile tempo in 17:10. Then 2 mile cool down in 13:52. 45:23 total for 7 miles. Felt pretty good for the most part considering I am starting to feel sick and have a sore throat.
Core and weights after. Great day and worked pretty hard!!
