Weather: fantastic, mild heat

Comments:
Started with usual long stretch after 1 mile jog. Restarted with a young group at an easy pace. Met up with quick boys and ran steady with them for awhile. Then added on with Berenson at a brisker pace. Never felt very good nor did I feel motivated to work hard, but I did get in a one of y stronger runs of the summer. Right knee hurt for a few stretches in the final half hour, but wasn't the limitting factor. Sent Mark on ahead and loped in the final mile solo.
