This morning our swim was cut short by lightening. 
3x(50DPS, 75 decreasing DPS, 75 build)
For the 50DPS, the stroke count was between 11 and 13.  I usually have strong push off, so I don't start "swimming" until I pass the flags.  This takes off one or two strokes.  
For the 75 decreasing, I intentionally increased my cadence to above normal to a count of 14 or 15 for the first 25.  1st 75 = 13,12,11.  2nd 75 = 13,12,12.  Then we got kicked out
