bummed that I won't be able to do workouts with the team. most wednesdays will be okay though. but not this wednesday. :(

also only have a 3-hr break between classes so don't really have time to stretch, hips, roll, abs, ropes, ice bath... this is a HUGE problem for injury-preventing-corey. coach and I are going to talk about it tomorrow and figure something out. my schedule is just NOT working out this semester :( I can live with doing workouts alone, as much as I don't like it, but I at LEAST need the time to finish the practice!! something must be done.

coach wanted me to do 4 miles at 6:40-6:50. We all know that I am bad at pacing. I tried really hard to stay on the pace. I ended up with 6:31, 6:43, 6:58, 6:38. Utter fail. BUT was the right average pace!!... coulda been worse.

Felt okay during the tempo, but like death afterwards. My stomach was completely fucked up. Cooldown was done in half-mile segments basically with a lot of walking and bathroom breaks. I will be perfectly happy if I never ever feel like that again.

3 times through strength circuit and quick abs and stretching.
