Really tight achilles

Ok day, my achilles were CRAZY tight so my run was rather slow. They loosened up a little after the 1rst mile which made the run possible but not comfortable. Was able to push through most of my discomfort. It messed my times up big time. I felt like I was going a lot faster than I was.
