So. so. tired. One very very long day. which is why instead of ending with icing my achilles tonight I'm going to bed cause I’m exhausted. an ok practice. I could have run a bit harder but otherwise happy with myself. Ended up doing 7 hard, 6 easy on accident.


Was tight in my achilles today. It loosed up some but mostly just uncomfortable. going to cut back on my squats some on practice days (I do them before hand), noticed a lot of soreness in my thighs. I would rather run the practice harder than get in core reps.

Feeling good today! Got in lots of carbs with my dinner trying to boost up some for Saturday. Plus, I think I’ve lost a pound or two which I don’t want to be doing. I actually want to be gaining. Going to work on adding in some extra calories to ensure I don’t lose any more.
