Long Bike

Comments:
Felt great for the first five minutes, but the next 40 were tough. I felt very weak compared to what I had done in the past few workouts and had trouble sustaining even five to ten minutes without my legs running out of steam. I ate a late lunch yesterday so I never ate dinner, which is likely the cause of some of it. Running felt great, but biking felt much worse.
