first tempo

Comments:
felt really relaxed for the tempo. the goal pace was 5:40-5:50, but we started a little slow, and stayed there. picked it up a little toward the end, but not significantly. it was a pretty large group to tempo with, especially for the first 4 miles. all in all, not a bad tempo. hr was 172 after, but i didn't feel winded at all. ran to the track for striders-- 3x300, plus an extra lap of cooldown. then finished the cool down through little italy.
