Plan: 3x2M repeats @ T-pace (5:20) w/ 3 min recovery.
Did: 1x2M @ 11:04 (5:38, 5:26) + 3x1M @ 5:30, 5:26, 5:24.

Legs felt heavy and tired. Also wind must have been worse than I expected as I didn't feel slow, but the times were. Certainly a good hard effort, but the times don't show it.
