5) 4x400 meter Sprint (Did on treadmill @ 10.0, 11.0, 11.5, 12.0; 1 minute rests)

Smoked! I wore my trail shoes because I was originally planning on a trail run today but I got angry so I needed to go lift. Gonna hit the trails tomorrow during convo!
