Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Pretty Hot, Practice Was At 4 Today
Comments:
Gene just had us run the course twice all the way through without stopping. First loop on the course I was planning on chillin but Erik and Facebook kind of went out hard and Facebook's really been pissing me off lately so I decided to put him in his place haha. I just stayed right behind them two until after Bermuda then I got in front of Facebook and me and Erik just kept pushing away from him everytime he came back. Heartbreak destroyed him haha sorry bud, gottta learn not to fuck with the seniors unless you can beat us. Was at the mile probably 7:15, 2 mile at 13:20ish I believe the the last mile since we finally broke Facebook I didnt really care I was just trying to keep erik within striking distance. Finished the first loop in 21:07. Anyways after that got really out of breath and tennis courts kind of knocked me the fuck out..slowed down a lot and basically went into cooldown mode since the first loop was a good tempo. After that stretched out a bit and did one interval where we started at the bottom of indian and came back around to that spot from the road. Not a bad day I guess. "Long" run tomorrow.
Again, all one run. Unfortunately I dont really remember my final time, I believe it was 43:20 or something. I'm not positive cause its not possible to map out indian trail but I believe it was a 600 by my mapping out, I think its pretty accurate.
