Comments:
Ran the Sycamore meet. First mile felt fine but 1.5-2.0 i felt like shit and started to die down a bit i tried to hang on as much as i could. i need to learn how to keep a pace and stick with it. back of the knee was bothering me. i was a little intimidated but did my best. i really tried to pull my own weight. i was very close to my PR but with the conversion i had a PR and probably almost broke 18:30
