Comments:
MLK tempo - pace 7:25-7:45 for 3 miles
I felt really good and was under pace for most of the run. The first mile was around 7:20, second 7:30, and the last I picked it up. I think it was faster than my race on Saturday..
We did 3x300 accelerations on the track, which felt really good too. I need to work on my kick still.
