First day back.. ankle not better

It became clear that there is something seriously fucked up with my foot. i did a contrast bath before the workout and it felt a little bit better but could definitely still feel it. We all jogged to the park on the warm up loop where the rail trail starts and did our drills and stretched. We all had a tempo runs with varying paces and lengths. I embarked on a 20 minute tempo at around 5:25ish pace. I felt pretty good and hung tough for awhile when my foot was hurting. Got back to the park and stood around for about 5-10 minutes until everyone got back. Martinez and I jogged back to the varsity house as our cool down and my foot hurt SO BAD it was ridiculous. I keep icing and the swelling is not going down at all.
