Comments:
TEAM CHINA!! love this workout.
The camaraderie and "attack" feeling makes this workout much more fun than a regular pick up run.
I felt totally fine on all the pick ups. When I "went" I tried not to totally outdo myself seeing that it was a 4 min pick up. Andrew totally kicked my butt during his pick up and was a breakout run for him. The pace in-between the pickups was slower than id have liked but it was a fun and semi-hard workout.
