Comments:
drawing my own blood, that is. He had to do it twice! Got it drawn at Health Services in the morning, then came over to run. I missed the memo about the early morning run, and couldn't make the afternoon group, so I went solo. Went up northpark, took it easy. Did a few laps on the field when I got back, then striders with Jammin and Coach. Except Coach watched and didn't run.
stretch, 4x30 abs because I was really hungry
