49th street loop extended

Comments:
Ran the 49th street loop with a group and then broke off with Alessa to extend it up to Fort Reno, and back to school. Pace was mellow but we sped up as we went along. Felt good overall, a little sore from the week's running/strengthening. Stretched again when I got home.
