Tempo Tuesdays...a bad day

So we had lift on Sunday and I decided to do good morning back lifts which I didn't do last year because my back was messed up and sure enough it brought back my back problem. We warmed up for 1.5 miles and my back hurt pretty much the whole way but eased up after that and relaxed some. Because of this, Etters dropped my tempo from 28 to 20 minutes. I went out about 10:30 with Ty and the guys up front, probably around 5:15 pace, and then turned back. I definitely let up a little on the way back but not much. Cooled down for a long time (5 miles or so). The other bad thing is I woke up feeling sick today with a sore throat and congestion. Hopefully I can get this sorted out before the first meet on Friday.
