Comments:
1st, we went through most of the middle school 3k so that coach could assign people to direct at the turns for the halftime carmel meet friday night. Then we ran into Kensington, stretched, ran the one mile loop in which we hid by the fountain in a futile attempt to surpise varsity, and then we did form drills and strideouts and were given water at the culldesac.
