Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Mile warmup with J group, cooldown with Katie, Gaby and Daisy. Workout with Jen, Julia, Katie, Bettine. Katie and I did 16x400m at 1:44 pace with drops every fourth and declining through the last four. I felt fine but the all out was hard. Now I feel like I ran 80 miles and also climbed Mt Everest and then fought a sumo wrestler. I felt fine during the workout though.
