Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Tempo run 7.5 minutes out and back down the crescent trail. Started out perhaps a little too fast and kept the speed for the first half until we turned around and I slowed down a bit. Ran with Anthony to catch up to a pack and stayed with them almost until the end. It didn't feel as controlled as I wanted it to be, but it was a good workout
