Comments:
Ran the 400x18 workout.
It wasn't as bad as I had previously expected actually.
It was controlled and alright. No pain in my body or anything.
I felt a little bit tight however.
The one thing that was a major positive though was that I used an inhaler today. It helped me SUBSTANTIALLY I could actually breath and everything.
