Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Hot but the shade was nice @ the Hilton

Comments:
The workout felt pretty good. It was probably harder because of the heat. But overall I felt good. Mark, Tony, and I ran well and hit our mark nearly every time. I started to feel tired on the last 2-3 400s. But on the last one I was happy with my performance because I felt like after the first 200 I really kicked and was able to stay at a constant fast pace. I felt pretty good about the workout knowing that I was able to keep up with Mark and Tony. I think I probably would've been able to do 16-18 but I probably would've started to fall off the pace I was given.
