Weather: hot mid 90s.

Comments:
ran alone today, was pretty bad. breathing was okay, but both my shins felt so tight the first 1.5 miles. and some weird pinch in the back of my right ankle like towards the right side, not the achilles. ew. but the last 1.5 miles were good. just realllly hot today.

splits: no splits... :( i forgot to split at the first mile.

cadence: 88, 88.

extra: vern (x3), myrtle, 100 ups, and knee shin rehab.
