Comments:
northpark followed by 4 strides and three barefoot laps in the field.
abs, hips, stretching.
Getting myself pumped for tomorrow. I didn't feel the burden of the milage this week as much as the last 3. I think my body's getting used to it. Now just have to RELAX, which is harder for me every day. Need to get some yoga back into my life.
