Comments:
ran alright. felt a lot better today than the past few days. made the mistake of starting too fast up the first uphill, which hurt for the rest of the race. need to start more conservatively at navy. also, the uphills hurt more than I would've liked, but I will work on that in the gym and with hill sprints. all in all, fine start to the season in 9th on the team on a course that allowed me to work on my weaknesses. shin felt awesome though to take a plus out of this. just need to remember to start smarter and work on hills.
