Comments:
I had sort of a crappy workout because David and I weren't on pace for any of our three threshold miles. I don't know why we came in way fast two time and way slow another time. David was mostly pacing so I was just following him. I think it was hard for us to pace ourselves because the "Bowl" didnt have markers out for the 400, 800, & 1200. In the last all out mile I felt really good. Alex, David, and I ran it together. We ran as a pack for most of the mile until Alex started to kick and I matches it. At that point we left David and then I really turned it all on and passed up Alex in the last 100m to beat Alex by 5 seconds.
