Comments:
Wanted to do 3x2 mile with 3:00 rest up on crest which I did last year in like 10:10-10:20. Started feeling shitty on the warm up going up the big hill that leads to crest. My legs had the heavy, burning lactate feeling all the way up the hill even when I stopped to walk. I knew I was in for a shitty work out when the feeling still hadn't gone away by the time I started the repeats. First 2 miles felt really hard. On the second repeat I accidentally started at the wrong line and didn't know where the 2-mile split was so I just stopped after a mile. It's probably a good thing I stopped too because I felt like ass. Decided to scrap the rest of the workout and just do a hard mile to end it. It was hard but felt a little better than the rest of the workout.
