first meet in a long long time. felt decent in the beginning, probably should have gotten out harder, but in the middle i started to loose focus and my thoughts turned negative...at the top of the last hill (with about 1000 meters to go, maybe a little more) I really kicked it in using the downhill and passed quite a few people, finishing really strong. My goal today was to have been in the 21s, just barely made it, and kinda wish it was closer to 21 flat. The footing really bothered my calves, feet very tight later on tonight.
