Mile warmup with Jen, Bettine, Daisy, Gaby, Katie and Julia. Mile cooldown with Gaby, Bettine, Daisy and Jen. Workout with Julia, Jen, Katie and Bettine. Three miles at threshold with short rest and a mile all out. I felt really good the whole time.
