threshold. felt pretty good. not to begin with. the warmup and the first mile i felt sluggish but after the first one i got into it. pace was 632
forgot my last two splits. but i was pretty on. first one was 627. neext two were closer to like 630. sorry really dont remember.
then an all out mile. felt really good. was actually really happy that i could drop that after a threshold. finished off the day with a 3.25 cooldown.
